Volunteer Orientation at Leadership Winston-Salem is designed to equip new and returning volunteers with the tools, information, and inspiration they need to have a successful and meaningful experience. During this session, we’ll provide an overview of LWS’s mission and programs, review volunteer roles and expectations, and share best practices for working with our participants, alumni, and community partners. Whether you’re joining a committee, supporting a program day, or leading a project, orientation ensures you're prepared, connected, and ready to make an impact.
